A part of Eightify's growth strategy was to build a sustainable organic traffic engine that wouldn't depend on paid ads and would constantly bring new users. So they acquired one more domain with better health to drive it from no traffic to an organic SEO traffic engine. Three months later, their monthly organic traffic went from zero to over 40,000 visitors in just 90 days. A year later, it brings in more than 300,000 monthly visitors. Here is how we did it:
Eightify had a strong product but almost no organic visibility. The AI tools space is brutally competitive. Big players dominate the SERPs with massive content libraries, and ranking for high-intent keywords like "AI YouTube summarizer" or "video summarizer free" requires more than a few well-written blog posts. That's why their main website competed for it while the supplementary one generated traffic on hot topics based on SEO research into the competition.
We needed to do three things at once: build topical authority fast, capture international demand, and create scalable content assets that would keep compounding traffic month after month. Scalability was the way to outperform slow teams in this case. We managed to created pages that were not spam and were actually useful for people

Most agencies would assign this kind of project to separate SEO, content, development, translation, and outreach teams. We took a different approach. By combining AI tools with senior-level human strategy, we were able to handle the work that would normally require half a dozen departments.
Here is how we structured the work.
Before producing any content, we ran extensive competitor analysis using Ahrefs. We pulled the top-performing pages of every direct and adjacent competitor, mapped their keyword clusters by traffic potential and keyword difficulty, and identified gaps where Eightify could realistically win.
This research informed every decision that followed: which tools to build, which H1s to target, which keywords to weave into the copy, and which topic clusters would deliver the highest ROI per piece of content.
This is a reverse solution from most cases. Usually, you would have a product and then do SEO for it. Here, we did the opposite.
The lesson for business owners: skipping this step is the single most expensive mistake we see in SEO. Without it, you're guessing the demand.
This was the centerpiece of the campaign. We built 28 free AI tools that solved real problems for Eightify's target audience and gave each one a dedicated, SEO-optimized landing page. The tools included:
Each landing page was structured around the keyword research from Step 1. The H1, subheadings, body copy, FAQ sections, and meta tags were all built to target specific search intent. AI assisted with copywriting at scale, but every page started from a human-validated keyword strategy and ended with human editorial review.
The result: 28 indexable, traffic-generating assets, each pulling in qualified visitors who could then be funneled toward Eightify's core product.
All tools were built on scale using Replit and their AI building features, so no developers were needed to achieve this.
Organic traffic isn't just an English-speaking opportunity. We translated the landing pages into more than 10 languages, expanding Eightify's reach into markets that competitors were ignoring. AI translation made this scalable, and the same SEO structure that worked thanks to SEO analysis.
This single decision dramatically expanded the addressable traffic pool without proportionally increasing the workload.
Great content fails without solid technical foundations. We optimized every page with:
Beyond the tool landing pages, we produced blog content informed by the same competitor analysis. We studied which posts were driving the most traffic for competitors, identified the keywords they ranked for, and built better, more comprehensive resources targeting those same intents.
To accelerate authority and indexing, we invested in off-page SEO through curated directories and placements on semi-private websites that don't sell links publicly. These are the kind of placements that move rankings without triggering quality-related penalties.
In 90 days, Eightify went from 0 to 40,000+ monthly organic visitors. More importantly, that traffic is qualified, sustainable, and continuing to compound. The 28 tool pages keep ranking, the translated versions keep capturing international searches, and the topical authority we built keeps making it easier to rank new content. Now, it has 300,000 organic monthly visitors thanks to the SEO marketing for AI tools.

If you're running a SaaS, a digital product, AI Tools, or any business where organic traffic could move the needle, the Eightify case study illustrates a few things worth taking seriously:
You don't need a giant agency or a six-figure monthly retainer to compete. You need the right strategy, the right team, and the right use of modern tools.
If that sounds like the kind of growth you want for your business, we'd love to talk.
